I am currently researching on the structure of the feral horse in Portugal, their inter group relationships using drone techniques and network analysis. They actually have unique and complex society with a modular structure, which has been poorly studied so far. I am familiar with horses through my experience of equestrian club in the university which makes me more interested and attached to horses. It always amazes me that feral horse shows great variety of behaviors which is rarely seen in the domesticated.
